Procedure / Linen Control
- Cleaning start by 10h30.
- If the client still in the apartment re-call the checkout time in a friendly way.
- Collect all the dirty linen and keep in an appropriate place.
- Use the second set of linen which is in the box under the bed (each room should have 2 linen sets) “do not wait till the linen distribution – second set of each apartment is obliged / no excuse / if linen is not being replaced inform your immediate manager.”
- Re-verify if the linens are clean / if ready to use.
- Put the garbage in the appropriate garbage containers.
- Appointed employee will replace an another set of linen in the box.
- Appointed employee will collect and hand over the linen to the laundry service.
Cleaning program
Public spaces:
- Check all the walls.
- Any damage or painting to be done (indicate location).
- Clean the hallways every day.
- Public toilets (Si) – to be cleaned daily / Toilet paper.
- Clean storage rooms and all other offices / rooms – clean doors and properly organize all laundry.
- Disinfect with COVID cleaning products.

Spot Cleaning
- Room par jour ” SPOT CLEANING “
- Door- inside and outside to clean (note any remarks if the door makes noise / difficult to open or close / chamber plate is properly attached)
- « Anti clock or clock wise » cleaning (start on the right or on the left in the direction of the circle)
- High dusting / Low dusting
- Windows – clean – Inside and outside (to see) / Curtains
- Brokers – check if all documents are up to date
- Check that each room has an evaluation plan behind the door (emergency exit plan) * to see
- Room rates to be fixed behind the doors * to see
- Clean the room amenities – Clean the table tops / under the table / if stains clean them with a suitable cleaning agent so difficult to remove, write it down. Bedside tables for cleaning the top and bottom.
- Shower room – clean metal parts / wc / floor / Sink / clean walls
- Bed- both sides of the mattress to vacuum
- Under the bed – vacuum cleaner
- Clean the floor with cleaning products and vacuum.
- Remember to leave windows open while cleaning for air circulation.
- Check if all the light bulbs are working / the electricity in the room / the heater is working –
- Check if paintings to be done / the wall is damaged
- Check if the remote control is working properly
- Make sure each room has a new roll of toilet paper, shower gel, etc.
- Close the windows / close the door after the final check
- Note any issues –
- INFORM THE MANAGEMENT AT THE END OF THE DAY
